Assist Level
This membership level is our ground level support tier which offers member centers access to our vast knowledge and expertise. This level includes discounted CPR/First Aid courses for your teachers, free supplies and PPE (when available), boilerplated handbooks and training manuals for new teacher onboarding, our proprietary mentoring program, and director/owner email support for any questions or concerns that arise in the daily operations of your childcare center. This level assists directors and owners with items that are “hard-to-get-to” in the busy, day-to-day of running a quality program.

Support Level
This level of membership includes everything in the Assist level but customized handbooks and training manuals, classroom operations manuals, and phone support. This membership level also includes CDA support, credentialing assistance, Granite Steps assistance, and professional development trainings customized for your specific needs and culture at discounted rates. This level ensures that the director/owner has the support they need to run a quality childcare center.

Partner Level
This is our highest level of membership and includes everything from our Assist and Support levels as well as a detailed SWOT analysis of your center and our coveted “secret shopper” feature. This level provides on-site support and trainings, on-site teacher credentialing, discounted substitute pool for emergency ratio coverage, in-person training, coaching, mentoring and onboarding, extended hours email and phone support, and in classroom observations and recommendations. This level truly partners with your school and helps you achieve your goals!
